What To Expect
We know meeting someone for the first time can be intimidating and going to a new church for the first time can be nerve racking. We want to help make your first experience at Mt Zion Church a great one!
How long is a Mt. Zion Church Service?
In total, a Mt. Zion Church service is about 90 minutes in length. Services begin with the Mt. Zion Church band leading the church in music – song lyrics are projected onto the screens so you can sing along and/or engage with worship however you feel most comfortable. After the music portion of service is complete, our ministry leaders lead the service with our Greeting & Opportunity to Give portions of the service, and finally our Pastor Randy will come up to share an encouraging and hope-filled message about Jesus.
What's the culture like at Mt. Zion Church?
Sunday’s at Mt. Zion are exciting, casual, and relaxed. Feel free to wear whatever you like — go super casual or dress up if you’d like!(No Dallas Cowboy jerseys though….just kidding…maybe) The point is, we want you to be yourself! So come as you are and expect to feel welcomed as our guest.
What about my kids?
All children are welcome! We believe that kids should have a blast at church every single week! We make this a priority. If you have kids, there will be an opportunity for your children to participate in our fun (and safe!) Children’s Ministry during each service. BUT, If you’d feel more comfortable having your kids attend service with you, that is perfectly ok!
